We’re looking for an inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our flagship Westfield Sydney boutique on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, commercially minded leader who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about client relationships. You’ll play a key role in elevating the in-store experience, leading a high-performing team, and driving business success.
Driving Business Growth – execute key strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Leading & Inspiring the Team – coach, develop and motivate your team to deliver excellence
Clienteling Excellence – build strong, lasting relationships with VIP and returning clients
Client Experience & CRM – curate personalised experiences, drive appointments, and host exclusive in-store events
Store Operations – ensure seamless store presentation, inventory management, and visual merchandising
This is a full-time opportunity (38 hours per week) based in our Westfield Sydney flagship boutique, Tuesday - Saturday Roster.
2–4 years’ experience in retail management (luxury experience highly regarded)
Strong commercial awareness across retail operations, visual merchandising and sales strategy
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Confident with systems and retail reporting tools
