• Drive the day‑to‑day operations of a vibrant retirement community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences through high‑quality service delivery, strong relationships, and a safe, welcoming environment
• Lead village administration, compliance, budgets and maintenance programs while fostering a dynamic community, supporting resident wellbeing, and overseeing sales, rentals, and occupancy.

The opportunity  

As Village Manager at Regis Bramble Bay Retirement Village, you’ll lead the daily operations of a warm and connected retirement community, ensuring residents receive exceptional service and feel supported, informed and safe. This role combines community-building with operational leadership—overseeing resident services, compliance, maintenance, village finances, and occupancy—while fostering a positive, inclusive environment that reflects Regis’ values and commitment to high‑quality retirement living.
