Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or a related fieldEnterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with major technology programsIntegration and interface experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft or other solutionsHands-on experience in planning, evaluating, overseeing, and configuring the integration of technological systemsExtensive knowledge of integration files formats and canonicalstructures transmission protocols, and transformation technologiesAbility to understand and be responsive to customer needs and to advocate for customer successExperience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce platformAbility to work independently and as part of a distributed team and a willingness to take ownership of problemsStrong presentation and facilitation skills - must be able to deliver workshops and strategize at a C level.Professional/technical skills
Ability to translate Salesforce and CRM related data/facts/info into opportunitiesExpertise in drawing activity flow and architecture diagramsAbility to explain technical issues with non-technical personnelExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to have a presence in a meeting environmentAbility to prepare and deliver workshops/trainingResponsibilities / Duties
Participate in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes AnalysisDocument detailed business, functional & technical requirements and analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mappingConfiguration of Salesforce.com and related third party applicationAssist project managers to manage delivery outcomes, time frames and change management processesLiaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship ensure satisfaction with services provided and identify opportunities for further growthCo-ordinate escalations to bring about resolution to meet client standardsAlways Promote the Company’s business in a positive and professional manner
