Kitchen Supervisor at Wingboy in Haymarket

Wingboy is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to join our Haymarket team! If you’re passionate about food, enjoy leading by example, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support kitchen staff during prep and service

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality

• Assist in training, motivating, and mentoring kitchen team members

• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Manage prep levels, stock control, and minimise waste

• Support the Head Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to food quality, safety, and consistency

• Knowledge of food safety and WHS standards

• Must have a valid visa to work in Australia
