Caseload Location: Within 30mins from your home suburb anywhere within the Brisbane area!

Your Role
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you’ll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by:
Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goalsAssessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functionDeveloping evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individualRecommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independenceSupporting participants in home, school, work, and community settingsMaintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards
