Baker

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Pastry Chef to support our Head Chef in a busy, quality-focused inner-west Sydney bakery/café. 

The Role:

• Prepare and produce a range of pastries, cakes, desserts and baked goods to a consistently high standard.

• Work closely with the Head Chef on daily production and specials

• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and consistency.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and workplace hygiene.

• Contribute positively to a small, hands-on team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven pastry/bakery experience, ideally in a café, bakery or restaurant setting.

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

• Good time management and the ability to work independently.

• A genuine passion for quality baking and seasonal produce.

• Reliable, organised and team-oriented.

• Relevant food safety knowledge and Australian work rights.
