We are committed to high retail standards, strong team culture, and continuous business improvement. We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for staff management, sales performance, inventory control, customer service standards, and overall store profitability.

Job duties:

· Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant retail performance.

· Lead, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet business targets.

· Oversee sales performance, merchandising standards, and promotional execution in line with IGA guidelines.

· Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, wastage control, and supplier coordination.

· Monitor financial performance, including sales, margins, labour costs, and budgets.

· Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health & safety, and company policies.

· Handle customer feedback, complaints, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

· Implement strategies to improve store presentation, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.

Selection Criteria:

· A qualification in Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 1 years’ full time relevant experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a retail environment.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
