Labourers Wanted for Pallet Company in Sumner

Civic Pallets is a family run business, that started off in Melbourne in 1997 and has expanded into the Queensland market. We are pallet manufactures and service a number of clients both locally and interstate.  At Civic Pallets you'll be treated as a member of the family, not a number. 

Past experience in the industry is not required but is favoured on.  We also provide onsite training.

The Role (Immediate start)

• Operation of various machines and equipment including our Pallet Machines, Pack Docker and heat treatment facilities 

• Manual handling of materials, equipment and finished products.

• Operation of a Nail Guns and other power tools 

• Maintenance of workstations to keep work areas clean and safe during a shift. 

Successful Applicates must 

• Be punctual, honest & hard-working. 

• Be physically fit and able to work in a high-paced environment.

• Have a positive and “think on your feet” attitude and can work both individually and as part of a team.

• Be comfortable and confident working solo sometimes.

• A current forklift license is desirable but not essential. 

• Previous experience working with a nail gun, power tools and saws as well as working with timber is also desirable.
