The Role

Medline Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a national remit to lead, inspire and drive performance across 2 of our speciality portfolios, Vascular Access and Cath Lab.

This is an opportunity to lead a respected and experienced small team in a role that blends strategic leadership, customer engagement, and commercial growth. You'll bring curiosity, collaboration, and strong business acumen, creating an environment where individuals are empowered to contribute, innovate, and deliver exceptional results.

• Drive Strategic Growth by identifying market opportunities, developing commercial strategies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the Acute Care portfolio.

• Lead and Coach a High-Performing Team, providing strategic guidance, support, and development to help individuals maximise their impact and achieve business objectives.

• Build Strong Customer Partnerships with key stakeholders, clinical leaders, and industry influencers to strengthen Medline's market position and deliver value-driven solutions.

• Collaborate Across the Business to align priorities, leverage expertise, and deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes.

• Guide Sales Performance through effective opportunity planning, pipeline oversight, and data-driven decision-making.

• Lead with Purpose and Integrity, creating an inclusive, collaborative culture where people are empowered to perform at their best

• Proven experience in sales leadership within the Australian Healthcare market

• Demonstrated success in sales, with the capability to drive strategy, pipeline discipline and revenue outcomes.

• Understanding of Australian hospital procurement – pathways, panels, and decision dynamics (public & private)

• Strategic thinking & commercial acumen – creating regional strategies, managing budgets/P&L, pricing/margin focus etc

• Collaborative operator who works seamlessly with Marketing, Clinical and Supply Chain teams to win and retain business
