We’re on the lookout for an experienced and confident casual bartender to join our team at Russo Estate. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently run a bar from start to finish.

Availability is essential:

• Friday nights

• Saturday lunch & dinner

• Sunday lunch

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality drinks and service while managing the bar independently during service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and coffee to a high standard

• Running the bar independently during service

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

• Completing stocktakes and managing inventory

• Ensuring efficient service during busy periods

About You:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced venue

• Confident making cocktails, coffee, and all standard bar beverages

• Able to work independently and take ownership of the bar

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• RSA required
