Ayes Health are seeking a full-time Qualified Occupational Therapist to join our allied health team in Austral, NSW. New Graduate and Early Career OT's are encouraged to apply!
As an occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive services to our patients, helping to improve their daily living skills and overall quality of life. What you'll be doing
Conduct thorough assessments to identify in patients of all ages or your choosingDevelop and implement individualised treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patientCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Speech pathologists, psychologists and physiotherapists, to provide holistic careEducate patients, families and caregivers and provide strategies for managementMaintain detailed clinical records and documentation to ensure the highest standard of patient careParticipate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices
What we're looking for
Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualificationRegistered or eligible for registration with the AHPRAExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their familiesStrong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plansDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practiceAbility to work collaboratively within a teamAbility to work independently with ability to grow as a senior OT making decisions and having autonomy on your own case load.Willingness to be apart of social media content (We value education and want to outreach globally by educating through social media content and we would love you to be apart of it)
