We are seeking passionate and experienced Bartenders to join our team and help bring this unique venue to life.

Great luxury hospitality is about creating moments guests remember. As a Bartender, you will play a hands-on role in delivering an exceptional experience at The Treasury, combining sophisticated service, exceptional beverage knowledge and genuine connection with every guest.

Working as part of our bar team, you will showcase your craft across cocktails, wine and spirits while creating a warm, engaging and memorable experience for every guest.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Bartender to make their mark within one of Sydney's most distinctive luxury venues.

As our Bartender, you will:

• Deliver warm, confident and personalised service to every guest.

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to an exceptional standard.

• Showcase your knowledge and passion for cocktails, spirits and wine.

• Create genuine connections with guests and confidently share recommendations.

• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and bar organisation.

• Support the smooth running of service and contribute to a high-performing team.

• Stay engaged with our evolving beverage offering, activations and events.

• Minimum one year's bartending experience within a premium restaurant, bar or luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.

• Good knowledge of spirits and wine, with confidence recommending beverages to guests.

• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.

• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.

• Immaculate presentation and grooming.

• NSW RSA certificate essential.

• Flexible availability across a seven-day operation, from morning through to midnight.
