Bistro One is seeking an experienced and passionate Mediterranean Chef to join our growing team. Located on the beautiful esplanade of Mornington peninsula we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

About the role:

As our Mediterranean Chef, you will be responsible for creating and delivering consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining an organised, efficient, and clean kitchen. You’ll work alongside a passionate team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a chef, preferably in Mediterranean cuisine
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication skills
• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• A Charismatic, energetic personality
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Must have Full Australian working rights
