A temporary full-time opportunity to shape service delivery, drive innovation, support clinical excellence, and contribute to improving outcomes for people with complex mental health and forensic needs.
About the role
As Team Leader, Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS), you will provide both strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians delivering specialist forensic mental health consultation, support, training, and outreach services. You will oversee a team of approximately 23 clinicians and play a critical role in supporting mental health services to respond effectively to people with complex mental health and forensic needs. This is a highly collaborative leadership position, requiring strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders across the mental health, health, and criminal justice sectors.
