Medical Receptionist - Casual Position - General Practice

Our well-established, doctor-owned General Practice on Brisbane's inner northside is seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team.

If you're currently working in a larger corporate medical practice and have been considering a move to a smaller, privately owned practice where teamwork, respect and patient care are valued, we'd love to hear from you.

• Casual position – approximately 15–20 hours per week

• Saturday mornings approximately 1 in 3/4, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

• Additional hours may be available to cover annual and personal leave

Previous experience using MedicalDirector, Pracsoft or similar medical practice software is highly regarded. Training will be provided to the right applicant if required.

• Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism

• Booking appointments accurately using electronic scheduling software

• Processing patient accounts, invoicing and receipting

• Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic patient records

• Providing a high standard of general administrative support

• Above-industry pay rates for exceptional staff

• Higher hourly rates for applicants with previous General Practice experience
