Casual Front Office Guest Service Agent

We are looking for a Casual Front Office Guest Service Agent to join our team - and while previous hotel or Front Office experience is an advantage, we are just as interested in finding the right person with the right personality.

If you are enthusiastic, reliable, confident with people and genuinely passionate about hospitality, we can teach you the rest.

We want someone who understands that hospitality isn't always 9 to 5. It's early mornings, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, busy check-ins, unexpected challenges and plenty of different personalities - and you still love being part of it.

Be a reliable, supportive member of our Front Office team and be willing to jump in and help when things get busy.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience is an advantage, but attitude is everything.

You might already have hotel, reception, customer service or hospitality experience. You might have used OPERA Cloud or another hotel management system. Or you might be looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a career in hotels.

For the right person, we are happy to provide training.

What we can't teach is enthusiasm, reliability, initiative, personality and a genuine passion for looking after people.

YOU'LL NEED:

• Great communication skills and a friendly, confident phone manner

• A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliability, dedication and the ability to work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation

• Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Availability for morning shifts (7 AM - 3 PM) and evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)

• Flexibility to occasionally assist with Night Audit (11 PM - 7 AM) if required

• A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one

• An RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one

• A valid Australian driver's licence and the confidence to safely drive our 9-seater courtesy van
