Nowra Radiology is an independent radiology practice located on the South Coast of NSW.  The practice was established in 2015 and offers a comprehensive range of services to the community and surrounding suburbs including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and Interventional Procedures.

What we are seeking

Nowra Radiology is seeking an enthusiastic full-time receptionist to join our growing team in Nowra. Previous experience is desired, but not essential as extensive training will be provided.  The successful applicant must be punctual and reliable and possess the following skills:

• A willingness to learn;

• Typing & computer skills;

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills;

• The ability to build rapport with patients and staff in a cheerful, friendly manner;

• A great attitude towards team work.

The Role

• Welcoming and processing patients on arrival;

• Answering phones, scheduling patient appointments and providing information regarding exam preparation and procedures;

• Invoicing and receipting patient accounts;

• Various office administration tasks.
