About the role

🍽️ Wait Staff – Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers

• Taking food and beverage orders

• Serving food and drinks efficiently

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Clearing and resetting tables

• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

• Working closely with kitchen and bar staff

Ideal candidate: Previous hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Taking customer orders and providing excellent service

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

• Processing payments accurately

• Following responsible service and venue procedures

• Assisting the team during busy service periods

Ideal candidate: Previous bartending experience, strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. RSA required where applicable.
