THE POSITION

• Preparing and presenting high-quality meals for residents
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance standards
• Assisting with menu planning and special dietary requirements
• Managing stock rotation, ordering and inventory control
• Adhering to workplace health, safety and infection control procedures

THE PERSON

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Stock control and inventory management experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and respectful approach when interacting with residents and colleagues
