About the Role

Industrial Diesel Spares are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers and internal staff with parts identification, ordering, and supply, ensuring accurate and timely service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and source automotive parts for customers and workshop requirements

• Provide accurate advice on parts availability, pricing, and specifications

• Process orders and ensure timely supply of parts

• Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and supplier communications

• Deliver high levels of customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Support general warehouse and parts department operations as required

About You

• A motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic

• Current driver’s licence (essential)

• Previous experience in customer service

• Automotive or parts industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
