Position Summary:
•Experienced Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) OMS Consultant with expertise in Order Management, Distributed Order Management (DOM), Omnichannel Fulfilment, Inventory Visibility, and Supply Chain Operations. Proven experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Manhattan Active Omni solutions for retail and direct-to-consumer (D2C) environments.
•Skilled in designing and delivering end-to-end order lifecycle solutions including order capture, sourcing, allocation, fulfilment optimization, inventory management, Available-to-Commerce (ATC), order orchestration, returns, and customer service processes. Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations, supply chain workflows, and system integrations.
•Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Manhattan Active Omni modules including Enterprise Order Management (EOM), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Enterprise Inventory, Available-to-Commerce (ATC), Fulfilment Optimization, Call Centre, Order Orchestration, and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI). Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
•Demonstrated expertise in developing and supporting ProActive Extensions, custom business rules, workflow enhancements, validations, and application customizations to address complex business requirements while leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible. Experienced in solution design, architecture reviews, and integration planning to ensure maintainable and scalable implementations.
•Strong experience in API-based integrations with eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, POS, payment gateways, and third-party applications using REST APIs and JSON. Adept at troubleshooting integration issues, performing root cause analysis, and optimizing system performance.
•Experienced in building, scheduling, and maintaining operational and executive reports and dashboards using Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) Reporting (IBM Cognos) to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
•Skilled in Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution workshops, system testing (SIT/UAT), production deployments, and post-production support. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
•Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills, with a focus on delivering innovative omnichannel commerce solutions and driving operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Configure, implement, and support Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) modules, including Enterprise Order Management (EOM), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Enterprise Inventory, Available to Commerce (ATC), Order Orchestration, Fulfilment Optimization, Call Centre, and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI).
•Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
•Design, develop, and maintain ProActive Extensions, custom workflows, business rules, validations, and application customizations to meet business needs.
•Configure and support end-to-end order management processes, including order capture, sourcing, allocation, promising, fulfilment, shipment, returns, and inventory visibility.
•Develop, schedule, and maintain reports and dashboards using SCI Reporting (IBM Cognos) to support operational and executive reporting requirements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and support integrations with eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, POS, payment gateways, and other third-party systems using REST APIs and related technologies.
•Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, performance tuning, and production support activities.
•Support solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release management activities.
•Prepare and maintain functional, technical, configuration, and support documentation.
•Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and support teams to deliver high-quality omnichannel commerce solutions.
•Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations for Manhattan Active Omni implementations.

Salary Range:>$100,000
