Payroll Manager
Lead payroll excellence and Dr continuous improvement
Salary range Grade 5: $106,845 - $129,273 (this range is subject to increase following current EBA negotiations)

You'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, embed scalable payroll practices, strengthen governance and controls, and create an exceptional payroll service that supports VIT's people and future growth
About the role
Reporting to the Financial Service Manager, you will provide operational leadership across payroll delivery, governance, enterprise agreement interpretation, statutory compliance reporting and payroll system administration.
You will play a key role in building scalable payroll processes, strengthening controls, supporting workforce initiatives and identifying opportunities to modernise and streamline payroll operations you will also lead and develop the payroll team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous improvement.
