Senior Lawyer - Prosecutions, Ongoing positions available, based in Sydney CBD
Role: Senior Lawyer - Prosecutions
Location: Sydney CBD (Haymarket)
Grade: Clerk Grade 09/10
Salary Range: $133,348 - $146,945 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Ongoing, Full-Time opportunities available
Exciting opportunities are available to work in a litigation role with the Department of Customer Service (DCS) Legal team.
Senior Lawyer, Litigation, roles are currently available in DCS Legal's Prosecutions team supporting SafeWork NSW. Suitable candidates may also be identified for opportunities arising in the Enforcement team supporting NSW Fair Trading and the Building Commission NSW.
As a Senior Lawyer Litigation (Grade 9/10), the advertised roles will principally work in prosecutions and administrative review litigation supporting the regulator SafeWork NSW. You will be working in an interesting and fast paced regulatory environment, joining a passionate and motivated group of professionals providing independent, professional legal advice and legal services on a broad range of matters.
