Regional Project Manager

This is a hands-on execution role. The candidate is expected to actively drive progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure regional commitments are delivered — not just report status.
In addition, the role will support local execution of change management activities, partnering with the central change team to ensure adoption and readiness at the regional level.
Key Responsibilities:Drive Regional Execution: Own and drive the regional execution plan; ensure alignment to global milestones and timelinesPlan, Milestones & RAID Management: Maintain detailed plans; track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation and recovery actionsCross-Functional Coordination: Manage dependencies across regions and functions; remove blockers and keep execution movingGovernance & Reporting: Provide accurate status updates; support governance forums; escalate risks and issues as neededStakeholder Management: Drive accountability across regional stakeholders through structured follow-ups and action trackingChange Execution Support: Execute regional change activities (e.g., communications, training coordination, readiness tracking) in alignment with the central change team
Required Qualifications10+ years of project management experience in large-scale transformation or integration programsProven ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders and geographiesStrong experience managing detailed plans, milestones, and dependenciesHands-on experience managing RAID and driving issue resolutionExperience working across global, cross-functional teamsAbility to support execution of change activities in coordination with a central teamProficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOpsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred ExperiencePost-merger integration or Integration Management Office (IMO) experienceExposure to organizational change management (OCM) executionExperience in business/process integration environmentsExperience working in offshore/onshore delivery models
Working Model & Time Zone ExpectationsOffshore role with required daily overlap with US Eastern Time (morning EST)Align to APAC stakeholders + US coordinationMust be comfortable operating across multiple time zones
