YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES

As a Retail Trade Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales & Transactions: Handle customer sales in-store and over the phone.
• Customer Engagement: Advise customers on current promotions and offers.
• Problem Solving: Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain engaging product displays and store presentation.
• Training & Development: Engage in regular training to build your product and sales expertise.
• Stable Roster: Work on a stable 11-day fortnightly roster, with 1-day rostered weekend day each week.
