The Role
The Team Leader, Home Care Queensland is responsible and accountable for the leadership, delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality in-home services for all Support at Home Packages as well as Veteran Home Care (VHC) funded services. This role is also responsible for managing a small case load of Support at Home clients.
Reporting to the Manager, In Home Support, this position ensure that Elders receive care and support that is responsive to their needs, culturally appropriate, and aligned with best practice standards and aged care reforms. The position plays a critical role in driving operational performance, enabling business growth, supporting workforce development, and leading change management initiatives across the service.
As a leader with MiCare, this role provides strong leadership in delivering on and upholding MiCare’s Mission, Vision and Values in alignment with the organisation’s strategic plan.
