CLEANER

Labrador, Gold Coast

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our onsite team at a well-maintained residential complex in Labrador.

The position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the common areas across two residential buildings.

• Monday to Friday

• Approximately 20–25 hours per week

• Preferred hours: 6:00am – 10:00am

• Hours are negotiable for the right person

• Ongoing position

• Experience in residential, commercial or building cleaning is preferred

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas throughout the buildings

• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors

• Cleaning lifts, corridors, stairwells and entry areas

• Rubbish removal and maintaining rubbish areas

• Dusting and wiping surfaces

• Removing cobwebs

• General cleaning and presentation of common areas

• Monitoring and reporting any cleaning, maintenance or safety issues noticed throughout the buildings

• General building upkeep to ensure the complex remains clean, tidy and well presented

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual

• Trustworthy and responsible

• Able to work independently

• Physically fit and comfortable with the requirements of cleaning work

• Well presented and professional

• Takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail

• Able to consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness

• Comfortable working around residents and within a busy residential complex

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential for the right person

Reliability is extremely important for this position. We are looking for someone who will consistently attend their scheduled shifts and take pride in keeping the buildings clean and presentable.
