About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Barista who is passionate about specialty coffee and genuine hospitality.

You'll prepare exceptional coffee, nourishing beverages and café offerings while creating a warm, welcoming experience for our members. A passion for specialty coffee and the ability to consistently produce beautiful latte art is essential.

This role requires flexibility to work early mornings (from 5:00am), evenings (until 9:00pm) and weekends. Both full-time and casual opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality specialty coffee with consistently excellent latte art.

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

• Prepare smoothies and wellness beverages.

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented café environment.

• Assist with food service, retail sales and member enquiries.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.

About You

• Previous experience in a specialty coffee environment.

• Strong barista skills with confidence in latte art.

• Friendly, professional and passionate about customer service.

• Reliable, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
