About the role 

This role supports the effective operation of the portfolio by maintaining and improving tools, systems, data and processes that enable informed decision-making and efficient portfolio management. Working closely with portfolio teams and stakeholders, the position helps strengthen governance, planning, resource management and financial oversight to support strategic objectives.

The role develops and manages reporting tools, dashboards and data sources to monitor portfolio, program and project performance, risks and benefits. It also supports portfolio planning, stakeholder communications and governance activities, ensuring accurate, timely information is available to support executive decision-making and portfolio reporting.

• Partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-design solutions, gather insights and ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
• Adapts quickly to changing priorities, works effectively across teams and organisations, and remains flexible in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and other enterprise systems and tools (mandatory).
• Experience using technology-enabled tools and platforms to support governance, reporting, data management and operational processes.
• The ability to leverage digital solutions to improve efficiency, maintain data accuracy and support informed decision-making.
