Job description:

Lead Payroll. Improve Processes. Deliver Great Employee Experiences.

IDP is seeking an experienced Payroll Experience Lead to oversee payroll operations across Australia and New ZealandWorking closely with our outsourced payroll provider, you'll ensure payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and fully compliant while driving continuous improvement across payroll systems, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll oversight for Australia and New Zealand, partnering with our outsourced payroll provider

• Payroll governance, compliance, and reporting

• Manage payroll tax, superannuation, WorkCover, PAYG, KiwiSaver, and statutory obligations

• Audit, reconciliation, and payroll journal review

• Payroll system and process improvement initiatives

• Vendor and stakeholder management

• Complex payroll calculations and off-cycle payroll management

• Support remuneration reviews and incentive payments

About You

• Extensive AU & NZ payroll experience

• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements

• Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and time & attendance systems

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Highly Regarded

• SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, HumanForce, or Oracle Fusion experience

• Outsourced payroll management experience

• Payroll implementation experience

• Payroll analytics and reporting capability
