Live-In Motel Management Couple – Toowoomba, QLD

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hands-on Motel Management Couple for an immediate start. This is a live-in management opportunity for a couple to jointly oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel, with duties and responsibilities negotiable based on experience and strengths.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily motel operations and guest services
• Manage reception, check-ins, check-outs, bookings and payments
• Use Guest Point for reservations, room management and daily motel operations
• Coordinate housekeeping and room presentation
• Supervise and support housekeeping staff
• Monitor maintenance and follow up on issues
• Undertake breakfast and dinner operations
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and after-hours requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service
• Ensure motel policies, procedures and workplace requirements are followed

Salary & Benefits

• $110,000 + Superannuation for the couple

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in motel, hotel, accommodation or hospitality management
• Previous hands-on experience using Guest Point or similar is essential
• Strong understanding of motel and accommodation operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Housekeepeing and supervising staff
• Hands-on, flexible and reliable approach
• Ability to work independently and as a team
