We’re now looking for a Payment Solutions Specialist who brings empathy, confidence, and commercial awareness to every customer conversation.

This is a role where how you show up matters as much as what you deliver.  About the Role

As a Payment Solutions Specialist, you’ll support customers who are navigating payment commitments for essential dental care. Your role is to listen, assess, guide, and agree on practical payment solutions that work for both the customer and DentiCare.

This is not a hard‑collections role. It’s about education, trust, accountability, and outcomes.  What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Engaging with customers via phone and digital channels to discuss payment solutions
• Understanding individual circumstances and recommending appropriate, compliant options
• Setting up and managing payment arrangements with clarity and care
• Explaining payment terms, expectations, and next steps in plain language
• Maintaining accurate and audit‑ready records across systems
• Balancing customer experience with commercial and performance outcomes
• Contributing to a positive, high‑performance team culture aligned to DentiCare values

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from dental or finance but you do need to care about people and outcomes.

• Strong communication skills confident, professional, and customer focused
• Experience in customer service, payments, collections, credit, or call centres (preferred)
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for sensitive conversations
• Calm, solution‑focused approach under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to work to KPIs while still doing the right thing by customers
