About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is a Full-Time position, based at our Ingleburn factory (Glass wool products). Reporting to the Manager you contribute to the maintenance activities to ensure reliability, error minimisation and sustained quality improvement.

In this role you will:

• Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
• Manage the Trade maintenance team of Fitters and Electricians.
• Directly supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed in alignment with processes, procedures, and policies.
• Schedule maintenance shutdowns and coordinate specific maintenance tasks.
• Support the maintenance manager with tracking maintenance costs and expenses.
• Leading the Maintenance team to ensure the effective operation of the site, maximising efficiency while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Providing technical leadership that guides the plant towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Utilising Lean Manufacturing Principles to enhance plant reliability, product quality, and streamline processes.

Ideally, you will have either a Mechanical OR Electrical trade qualifications with experience or interest to work in a manufacturing site. You will have excellent Leadership and People Management skills.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 6am-2pm.
