ABOUT THE ROLE

Our operational team is key to our business success, and we are looking for a passionate team member to join our team here in Ballarat. This role will include unloading & loading our interstate and local fleet, doing deliveries into multiple rural business and residential areas and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and tidiness within the depot.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Un-loading & loading of linehaul units

• Loading and unloading local pick-up and delivery trucks

• Manually scanning freight in and out of the depot using a device

• Maintaining a clean work area

• To maintain high morale within the team

• Ensuring our quality is maintained at all times

• Operating hours: 4.00am – 2.00pm

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have experience in loading/unloading interstate/PUD & linehaul trucks

• Operating counterbalance forklift (using both short and long tines)

• Ability to make decisions quickly & thinking outside the box

• Be proactive with problem solving

• Have a positive attitude and ability to work within a team or unassisted

• HR License

• Forklift License
