Medical Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic medical receptionist for a busy specialist practice located in the Hollywood Medical Centre, Nedlands.

Key responsibilities

• Patient billing and bookings

• Answering phone calls and email enquiries

• New patient booking and confirmation, entering patient details in practice software

• Scanning and saving patient referrals and other documents

• Open/close the office

• Leave cover for other reception staff when required

About you

• Experience with Medical Director/PracSoft or Best Practice preferred

• Reliability is imperative

• Ability to work efficiently and multi-task

• This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and high motivation

• References required

• Own transport required
