About the Role

Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in one of Australia’s most celebrated luxury lodge settings.

From relaxed breakfasts to refined evening dining, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest moments through attentive, personalised service and a passion for food and wine.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across restaurant and bar
• Creating a warm, engaging and professional guest experience
• Supporting service across all dining periods
• Assisting with wine service and guest recommendations
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

You are a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a premium environment.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role
• A strong interest in food, wine and guest service
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-focused approach
