Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Artisan Chemist, located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, specialises in compounding personalised medicines and skincare. Join our friendly team, where we create products that enhance natural wellness and holistic health to make a positive impact on people's lives.

As a Compounding Technician, you'll be weighing and measuring ingredients, then mixing and blending them to create medicines and skin care. Using purpose-built software, along with advanced equipment, makes compounding as straightforward as following a recipe! You'll have one-on-one training to learn all the skills needed to succeed in this role.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Available 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

• Looking for a long-term role (training will take 6-12 months)

• Prefer a quiet environment that doesn't require much talking or interaction

• Able to handle repetitive tasks at a fast, consistent pace without compromising attention to detail

• Physically fit and healthy – capable of full-day standing work and performing manual tasks, including lifting and operating equipment

• Willing to work in a lab environment – wearing full PPE (gown, mask, goggles, gloves, hairnet) and avoiding makeup, perfumes, or jewellery

• Happy to contribute to daily lab upkeep – washing glassware and equipment, cleaning work areas, and taking out bins

• Organised, self-motivated and reliable

• Basic computer skills

• Related experience is a bonus but not essential

• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
