Property Officer | Property Management Assistant

An exciting opportunity is available for confident and highly organised individual to join our property management team.

The successful applicant will be working alongside a team of Property Managers and support staff  to assist the day to day running of a portfolio.

Responsible for assisting with the management of a residential portfolio, daily duties include but not limited to:  

• New tenancy management, hosting open homes and conducting ingoing condition reports 

• Attending to tenancy requests 

• Following up tenancy lease renewals 

• Conducting routine inspections

• Following up the completion of repairs and maintenance

To be successful in the you must have:

• Experience in real estate not necessary as full training will be provided 

• Confidence to assist our clients 

• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence is required 

• Current and valid driver’s licence

• Ability to work Saturdays on a fortnight basis with a Monday RDO 

This role is available for an immediate start for the right candidate. .
