Qualifications & experience

• Must have Working with Children's Check

• Experience with High Intensity care

• Must have NDIS worker screening check

• First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Relevant Qualifications

2. What personal qualities would make you a strong fit for a consistent, complex-support team?

3. How do you build trust while maintaining professional boundaries?

4. How would you keep a participant meaningfully engaged throughout a long shift?

5. Briefly describe a time you remained calm and effective during a difficult situation.
