Production Coordinator - Deep Woods Estate

Deep Woods Estate is one of the most awarded and highly regarded wineries in the Margaret River region. Established in 1987, our family-owned winery is at the frontline of producers leading the premium wine focus in the Southwest of WA.

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our hard-working team.

This is a diverse, hands‑on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with a tight‑knit team, and has strong attention to detail.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

·        Plan and manage the bottling production schedule at Deep Woods Estate.

·        Facilitate monthly production meetings with winemaking and production teams.

·        Create and manage Work Orders for the production line, maintain Bills of Material for all packaged wine products, and ensure the correct and sufficient dry goods are available to complete each Work Order accurately and on time.

·        Ensure all packaging labels are compliant with regulatory and industry requirements.

·        Ensure accurate inventory management across the full dry goods lifecycle — from receipting deliveries with correct quantities and batch numbers, through to confirming correct volumes when building and completing Work Orders in NetSuite.

·        Maintain accurate warehouse locations for all dry goods and assembly items in NetSuite.

·        Operate in compliance with DWE's Food Safety and Quality standards, including BRCGS certification requirements.

Essential skills and experience for this role include:

·        Experience in a similar production coordination, logistics or supply chain role.

·        Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

·        Experience with inventory management systems — NetSuite experience highly regarded.

·        Understanding of food safety requirements and quality systems (BRCGS or similar).

·        Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

·        Clear and confident communicator across production and winemaking teams.
