Site Manager - WA

As a Site Manager at Sitzler Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects in Western Australia. Your role will be pivotal in the Construction WA department, and you will play a key part in the success of our projects. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for construction and project management.

Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing and supervising all on-site activities to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget - Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow - Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment - Monitoring project progress and providing regular reports to senior management - Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications 

Minimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job: 

• Nationally Recognised Construction Induction 

• Recognised relevant qualification or minimum of 15 years site experience in the construction or civil industry with senior level experience on major projects 

   -Trade or civil background 

   -Minimum of 5 years in estimating, administration and project management 

   -Or other relevant qualification 

   -Or other relevant industry experience 

• Complete understanding of: 

   -Construction or civil materials and methods 

• Sound knowledge of: 

   -Project programming 

   -Management and planning skills 

• Exposure to contract administration 

• WHS for Supervisors 

• Drivers Licence 

• First Aid 

• Fire Warden & Extinguisher Training 

• Working at Heights

• Elevated Work Platform High Risk Work Licence

Work Experience 

Considered necessary to do the job effectively: 

• Minimum of 15 years site experience in the construction or civil industry with senior level experience on major projects
