About the role
Speech Pathologist
Open to part time or full time
About the role:
The Wollongong team is a highly experienced and knowledgeable team who strive for excellence each and every day in their brand new, purpose-built facility in North Wollongong. We are integrated closely into the community and have developed amazing relationships with our families and local partners in the area.
We have a highly experienced team for you to work alongside and learn from, including one feeding and mealtime SP specialist who is a clinical educator within the organisation and is at the top of her field, and a physio with 15 years experience within the organisation and is an expert in all things CP. We also have Extensive admin support to handle all those pesky chores on your behalf.
At Cerebral Palsy Alliance our caseload is highly varied and diverse caseload across the disciplines, ranging in age, diagnosis, complexity and needs. With 80% of the clients in Wollongong under the age of 14, the team also specialises in early intervention therapy, specifically within the cerebral palsy and disability space.
Wollongong is fast becoming one of the most desirable locations in all of NSW, if not Australia; Bordered by the lush escarpment to the west and miles of sand and ocean to the east, with miles of amazing coastline, forestry and national parks to explore. You will have all the services you need locally, from public transport, to schools, shopping centres, hospitals, entertainment centres, sports and universities, and Sydney CBD is just a 1hour drive or a 90-minute scenic train ride away. We aim to provide flexible working arrangements to maintain an optimal work/life balance.
