About the Role:

We have Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available at our Butler location! 

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Pre-Testing, Frame Styling and Dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build strong rapport with our customers.

Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:

• Customer Service: A passion in providing an excellent customer journey as first point of contact. Previous experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer service role is essential.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail

• Team Work: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together

• Optical Experience: Optics experience and a dispensing qualification will be highly desired though not essential. Full Optics training will be provided! 

• Enthusiasm: Ability to create meaningful connections and resilient in nature with a passion for continuous progression
