Brand Director

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Director to lead the global growth of Billini and Banbe. This role will be responsible for creating, defining, and executing a cohesive brand strategy that fuses innovative creative direction with a strong KPI-driven performance approach. As a key member of the Executive and Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping brand identity, driving customer engagement, and delivering commercial success across all channels.
Brand Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns creative vision with measurable business outcomesLead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve customer-centric success and commercial excellenceAct as a key contributor to executive decision-making and overall business strategyCreative Direction & Campaign ExecutionCreate and execute engaging seasonal campaigns and content across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, eCommerce, retail, and more)Oversee creative direction across all brand touchpoints, including digital, in-store, and social channelsDirect and brief campaign rollouts, ensuring alignment with product launches and brand guidelinesAttend shoots and provide on-set direction while managing budgets effectivelyCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver compelling, customer-focused campaignsAttend weekly trade meetings to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable insightsBrand Experience & InnovationContinuously elevate all brand touchpoints including packaging, POS, in-store design, and merchandisingLead creative direction for window installations and seasonal visual merchandisingInitiate and execute brand collaborations and key brand momentsPR, Partnerships & EventsSupport PR and media strategies to grow global brand awareness and desirabilityBuild and lead a strong partnerships program aligned with brand identityOversee creative direction for events including press activations, store openings, and product launchesDigital & PerformanceOversee and sign off on weekly social media plans across all platformsEnsure consistency in brand tone of voice and messagingMonitor, analyse, and report on ROI and performance against KPIsFinancial & Operational ManagementReview and manage budgets, sales targets, and expensesConduct monthly financial analysis and reportingContribute to company-wide financial planning and forecastingTeam Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing teamsSet clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviewsFoster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
