Data Entry Clerk

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated self-starter who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic file management. 

Your duties for this role will include:

• Support in the management of the portfolio of clients

• Computer skills with highly accurate data entry

• Maintain and create documents and spreadsheets 

• Answer phone calls and customer queries

• Take responsibility for a range of processing and administrative tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience as a data entry operator with exceptional typing skills

• Professional written and communication skills

• Proficiency in all Microsoft products

• To demonstrate high attention to detail

• To work without direct supervision

• Willingness to be adaptable, flexible and learn new skills

• To work as part of a team

• To be motivated and show pride in your work
