About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one and group support to individuals with disabilities in our SIL homes and communities. Your duties may include assisting with personal care, daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility support, and community engagement. You will work closely with clients to implement person-centered plans tailored to their individual needs.

Essential Certificates and Licenses:
 

• Working with Children Check

• NDIS Screening Check

• License and Vehicle with comprehensive insurance

• First Aid and CPR Certificate

• NDIS Quality, Safety and NDIS module certificate

• Australian Driver's License
