Skilled Metal Work Site Installers wanted!

Job Description

• We are a company that appreciates and respects their team members, with a very low staff turnover and supportive culture.

• We have a very long range pipeline of contracted work and require skilled installers and leading hands able to join our site based teams. Our site installers are well supported - our draftsman are in house and come from installation jobs, the drawings are detailed and accurate and the workshop team is well organised, extremely accurate and dedicated to providing back up for the site teams.

• Balustrade and screens forms the majority of our business, however, we build some incredibly diverse and complicated structures and assemblies from sculptures to facade elements to architectural staircases and building components. These are exciting and can be incredibly rewarding.

• We work with stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass, fine timberwork, glass etc etc etc! Experience in all of these aspects is not essential. 

• This job is diverse, and not boring.

• Must have a valid C class drivers license

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in onsite installation of products/ fittings/components

• Pride and Craftsmanship

• Manual Drivers Licence

• Dedication to quality

• Blue or white Card

• Physically fit

Favourable Experience and Skills

• Installation of balustrading or other building systems

• Welding

• Workshop Fabrication

• Glass Handling and Installation

• Forklift ticket

• EWP (Scissor lift, Boom Lift) ticket

• Working at Heights ticket

Salary offered

• Hourly rate dependant on experience and skills

• Above award rates

• Permanent and/or Casual basis offered. Will be your choice

Hours and Location

• Monday to Friday only

• 5.30am start

• Typically 40 hrs per week + overtime

• Acacia Ridge base
