Property Manager & Sales Associate

Black Property is looking for an experienced Property Manager to work closely with the Principal of the business, Paul Black, across property management, business development and residential sales.

This role would suit someone who enjoys property management but is interested in moving into sales. You’ll have the security of a strong salary while gaining practical sales experience, with the opportunity to become a lead agent as your confidence and momentum grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the management of a residential portfolio

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Generating new property management business

• Managing and following up buyer enquiries

• Conducting private inspections and Saturday open homes

• Prospecting for future sales listings

• Providing buyer feedback and assisting with sales campaigns

• Supporting the Principal with business operations and compliance

• Learning how to conduct appraisals, win listings and negotiate sales

• Secure salary package based on experience

You will need:

• Experience managing residential properties

• A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Licence

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• An interest in business development and residential sales

• Confidence to prospect and follow up opportunities

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• A current driver licence and reliable vehicle

• Availability to work Saturdays
