Based primarily in Forestville, you'll also have the opportunity to support our Dee Why and Warriewood practices, helping deliver exceptional patient experiences across the region.

About The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you'll:

Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their vision, lifestyle, and budgetDeliver personalised dispensing solutions and exceptional customer serviceBuild strong patient relationships and create memorable experiencesDevelop product knowledge and confidently recommend eyewear optionsSupport daily practice operations and work collaboratively with the wider team

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who:

Is passionate about Patient First care and exceptional customer serviceHas retail experience, with optical experience highly regardedCan quickly develop product knowledge and confidently communicate with patientsBrings enthusiasm, energy, patience, and a positive attitudeEnjoys working as part of a teamCan be flexible with working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade when required
