About the RTO
A well-established private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in East Cannington, Perth is seeking qualified and experienced trade professionals to deliver nationally recognised training & assessing domestic and international students in fields such as Carpentry, Bricklaying & Blocklaying and Wall & Floor Tiling.
About the Role
You will be TRAINING and ASSESSING the below qualification:
CPC30220 – Certificate III in Carpentry or
CPC31320 – Certificate III in Bricklaying & Blocklaying or
CPC33020 – Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling.
Essential Requirements
Cert III Qualification in Carpentry OR Bricklaying & Blocklaying OR Wall & Floor Tiling from a reputed Training Provider
Minimum 3 years current industry experience
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) OR willing to undertake the qualification
Strong attention to details and organisational skills
Full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only or candidate with full work rights - no sponsorship available)
Must have evidence for Industry currency and PD for last 6 months or able to provide
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Training and Assessing students using organisational digital resources while embedding own unique/industry-relevant experiences to enrich the learning environment.
Marking students' assessments and providing quality feedback.
Arranging and conducting WBT visits.
Ensuring up-to-date industry currency.
Complying with industry-specific legislations and the requirements of the VET Quality Framework applicable to the qualification being delivered.
Accurately recording, tracking, and reporting students' attendance, results, and unit outcomes.
